This policy explains what information SoldCraft collects when you visit the website or use the student portal, and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to run the course, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and a password you set (stored in scrambled form, never in plain text).
• Course activity: which lessons and workbooks you have marked done, and the answers you type into quizzes and workbooks.
• Messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, name and the messages you send.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

• To create your account, let you sign in and save your progress.
• To answer your questions, arrange enrollment and payment, and schedule calls.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To let the course owner see your progress and answers so we can support you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The portal uses one cookie to keep you signed in. It is needed for the login to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run third-party analytics on the site.

Who else handles your data

We use a few service providers to run the course: Netlify hosts the website, portal and videos; a managed cloud database stores account and progress data; Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads; and WhatsApp (Meta) carries your messages with us. These providers handle data only to provide their service. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Payments

Payment is arranged over WhatsApp. This site does not collect or store your card number.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and course data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to run the course. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp. We will respond as soon as we can.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

Children

The course is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
