These terms cover the SoldCraft website, the student portal, and the SoldCraft real estate sales training course ("the course"). The course is taught by Oriel Hagbi, Licensed Real Estate Broker. By enrolling in the course or using the portal, you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

When you enroll, you get a personal student login to the portal. The portal has lessons, workbooks and quizzes for the course modules, and video lessons where they have been published. Some video lessons are still being added. When they are published they are added to your portal at no extra charge. We may update, reorder or improve the course content at any time.

2. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Enrollment and payment are arranged over WhatsApp. Your portal access is switched on once your payment is received.

3. All sales are final

Because the course is digital content you can access right away, all sales are final. We do not give refunds once you have enrolled.

4. Educational use only

The course is sales skills training. It is not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice, and it does not provide pre-licensing or continuing education credit. We do not promise any income, listings, clients or closings. Your results depend on your own work, market and circumstances. You are responsible for following your state's real estate laws and regulations, the rules of your brokerage, and any other rules that apply to you.

5. Your account

Your login is for you only. Do not share it or let anyone else use it. Keep your password private. If we find an account being shared, we may suspend it. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

6. Our content

The course videos, lessons, workbooks, quizzes, scripts and everything else in the portal belong to SoldCraft and Oriel Hagbi. You may use them for your own personal learning and for your own business. You may not copy, record, share, resell, publish or give out the course materials, or use them to make a competing course.

7. Acceptable use

Do not try to break into the site, interfere with it, or access anyone else's data. Do not use the portal to harass others or break the law. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The site and the course are provided "as is." We try to keep the portal available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, SoldCraft and Oriel Hagbi are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost income or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the portal after a change, you accept the updated terms.
